The Gators Bike Park was created by a handful of teachers and parent volunteers with one major goal in mind: To get kids off of the couch and onto the bike seat! Although any skill level rider will be welcomed, the Gators Bike Park has been developed with the vision of developing excitement within our younger riders, and providing a family-oriented layout that encourages even the littlest of peddlers to feel welcomed, challenged, and eager to ride! Gators has had everything from balance bikes on the trail to multispeed mountain bikes, and even a unicycle!
This bicycle playground is open to the community and has been designed and developed with 100% donated funds from individuals and families. This beginner loop is short enough where kids are never out of earshot from their parents and has multiple riding features to try, which challenges the varying skill levels of each individual rider. The trail is open year round from dusk to dawn. Our only request is that the trail not be used when wet or muddy.
