Coffee Connections Annex Rental: Looking for a warm, welcoming space with local charm for your next gathering? The Coffee Connections Annex offers a cozy, community-centered venue ideal for birthday parties, showers, small business meetings, and special celebrations.
About the Space: Located just behind our main coffee shop, the Annex combines comfort and creativity with a relaxed, coffeehouse atmosphere. Guests enjoy private access to the entire Annex space, including a thoughtfully designed upstairs play area perfect for families and kids to explore while adults connect downstairs. The play area features toys, books, and plenty of open space—making it a favorite spot for parents hosting gatherings with little ones. Availability & Booking The Annex is available for Saturday rentals only, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. (Please note: setup and cleanup must be completed within this time block.)
Our flat-rate rental of $300 includes four hours of private use, an on-site barista to assist with beverages, and access to all included spaces. Payment is due at the time of booking. Available furnishings include: 5 couches and 7 bar stools 10 wooden chairs Several coffee tables 4 folding tables 2 built-in bars Patio furniture (one set may be brought indoors for your event)
Food & Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring in outside food and beverages. We simply ask that if you serve coffee, you serve ours—Coffee Connections’ signature roasts roasted right on-site. ☕💛 Our on-site barista is happy to help craft drinks and ensure your guests are taken care of.
Decor & Setup: You’re invited to make the space your own! Decorations are welcome—please use painter’s tape only and remove all décor after your event. Furniture may be rearranged, but we ask that it be returned to its original layout afterward.
Cleanliness & Expectations: As an active coffee shop, mornings can be busy before rentals begin. While we ensure the Annex is ready for your event, please understand it may not be spotless. Our goal is to offer a clean, comfortable, and relaxed space that reflects the heart of Coffee Connections: community, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re hosting a milestone celebration, creative workshop, or casual get-together, the Coffee Connections Annex provides a space where meaningful moments happen—one cup (and one conversation) at a time.
