By Sponsored Content October 29, 2019

Let Me Run Columbus will host their inaugural FallFest 5K presented by Wells Fargo on Sunday, November 10, 2019, at 9:30 A.M. at the Westerville Sports Complex.

Let Me Run is a nonprofit wellness program that inspires boys to be themselves, be active, and belong. With a comprehensive curriculum that applies the power of running, the program encourages boys to develop their psychological, emotional and social health, in addition to their physical health.

The Let Me Run Columbus FallFest 5K is the finale of the 7-week training and wellness program for boys all over Central Ohio in which the community is encouraged to run alongside them and celebrate their accomplishments and personal growth.

This event will bring athletes of all ages and abilities together to support the boys of Let Me Run Columbus. Participants are encouraged to register in advance to receive a reduced rate of $25. Price increases to $30 on October 27 until November 9. Race day registration will be available for $35.

The 3.1-mile course runs through the beautiful paths of Westerville and is perfect for first time 5K runners, as it starts and finishes at the Westerville Sports Complex (325 N. Cleveland Ave., Westerville)

The Let Me Run FallFest 5K is a family-friendly event. The day’s festivities will include music from DJ Axcess, official DJ of The OSU Football Team and the Columbus Crew. Race sponsors will set up vendor booths for families to visit on race morning. Andrew Buck Michael, meteorologist for Good Day Columbus (ABC 6/FOX 28), will again serve as the Grand Marshal.

At the awards ceremony after the race, the top 3 overall male and female finishers from the public will be awarded prizes. Each Let Me Run boy will be recognized with a medal, as well as awards for the top Let Me Run boy finishers by age group.
