1. Visit the new Quarry Trails Metro Park in Hilliard!
Metro Parks turned this abandoned quarry, into a beautiful scenic park. With several trails open for walking/hiking, and an off road mountain bike park for adventure enthusiasts, this park has something for everyone. Just need a quiet place to relax? There is also a beautiful, picturesque 25-foot waterfall surrounded by lakes for fishing and kayaking.

2. Celebrate Pride in Downtown Columbus!
An annual celebration, Pride events, across the globe aim to bring the community together in camaraderie and recognition of the strength, resilience, and fight of the LGBTQIA+ community. The Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival and Community Resource Fair will take place Friday, June 17, and Saturday, June 18. The Stonewall Columbus Pride March will be Saturday, June 18. 3. Go to the Main library!
Inspire reading and join the Summer Reading Program at your local library! Visit the Main Library on S. Grant Ave to see the amazing fantasy Lego display in the Atrium!

4. Enjoy live music in Powell!
The annual Powell Festival will begin downtown June 24/25th in the Village Green Park! Enjoy live music from Ryan Cabrera and the Spin Doctors, as well as an amazing Fireworks Show.
Need more live music? Hilliard and Worthington both have live concerts and DORA friendly activities!
5. Take a free ride on the carousel at Columbus Commons!
Thanks to PNC, all carousel rides are free this summer! Open daily 11am-7pm, this unique feature will put a smile on anyone's face! Details here

7. Take a bike ride on the Darby Creek Trail
The Darby Creek Trail runs between two Columbus Metro Parks - Prairie Oaks (in West Jefferson) and Battelle Darby Creek (in Galloway). The entire trail is 8mi, and has numerous ponds for fishing, playgrounds, and live free range Buffalo! Get outside and explore!
