Pro Martial Arts students acquire more than just Black Belt kicking and punching skills: they learn the value of a Black Belt Lifestyle, a lifestyle of quiet confidence, poise, and fulfillment. Our character education program provides them with the understanding needed to identify the right decision and the confidence to make it and stick with the decision. Our ARMOR® program teaches kids how to stand tall against bullying behavior and predator activity. Pro Martial Arts builds character for a lifetime and demonstrates how kids can be their own super hero. Our programs start at age 2 with Little Rhinos which is a fun introduction to karate basics for pre-schoolers up to age 5.
Through drills, skills and games, this class teaches the moves, curriculum and protocol they need to start their journey towards black belt! From age 5 and up our karate program is for both kids and adults. Build confidence, develop self-discipline, while honing athletic skills and having a lot of fun. We also offer fitness kickboxing for adults for a way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You can increase flexibility and range of motion while experiencing an exciting, fun, and energizing workout. Enjoy building lean muscle and losing weight while you sculpt and tone.
